After an examination at the clinic, it was found that the OLS . victim is currently pregnant with 3 months of pregnancy, said AKP Siswo DC Tarigan.
From the results of the investigation in the form of examining witnesses, processing the crime scene and search of the perpetrator, this US perpetrator has taken action the intercourse twice during July 2022.
For his actions, said Siswo, the perpetrators will be charged with Article 81 and or Article 82 of Law number 17 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to the Law 23 of 2002 concerning the protection of children with the threat of punishment imprisonment for a maximum of 15 years.
