JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – One of the judges who will lead the trial of the case Ferdy Sambos premeditated assassination of Brigadier J had sentenced him to death.
As is known, the South Jakarta District Court (PN) released the formation of judges for the inaugural trial held on Monday (17/10/2022) to come.
Each of the judges is Wahyu Iman Santoso (chairman of the panel). judges), accompanied by Morgan Simanjuntak and Alimin Ribut Sujono (members of the panel of judges).

THE REVELATION OF THE FAITH OF SANTOSO
Structurally, Wahyu currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the PN South Jakarta, after being inaugurated on March 9, 2022. Previously he also had tasted the position of Head of the Denpasar High Court and Pekanbaru.
Apart from that, the latest case that Wahyu is handling is an allegation corruption related to the construction of the Kingmi Mile 32 Church by the Regent of Mimika Eltinus Omaleng. He rejected the pretrial process from Eltinus.
Morgan Simanjuntak
Morgan has served in several areas, such as in the Medan District Court, Tanjung Pinang District Court, and South Jakarta District Court.
In his current position, Morgan was once the only judge who rejected the MAKI pretrial to the KPK, related to the Djoko Tjandra case.
