BKN: Data collection of non-ASN workers is not for raising civil servants without tests
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.COM – Head of the Bureau of Public Relations, Legal and Agency Cooperation State Civil Service (BKN) Satya Pratama emphasized that non-ASN data collection or temporary workers is carried out as an effort by the government to map out and know the amount.

Data collection for non-ASN personnel is not for appointing non-ASN personnel become an ASN without a test. But it aims to map and find out the number of non-ASN personnel within the central government agency and regions as the basic data for non-ASN personnel, he told Kompas.com, Monday (10/10/2022).

BKN recorded non ASN/honorary workers who were recorded as of October 5, 2022, as many as 2,215,542 people. The data consists of 335,639 lists non ASN personnel in the scope of central agencies and 1,879,903 in agencies area.
Furthermore, the non ASN data will be required to follow Civil Servant Candidate selection (CPNS) and PPPK selection.
