TRIBUNPONTIANAK.CO.ID – THE LATEST RULES SPECIALLY FOR CIVIL SERVANTS ( PNS) THAT PRESIDENT JOKO WIDODO (JOKOWI) SIGNED, NOW ASN CAN SWITCHING STATUS.
President Joko Widodo signs Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 62 2022 concerning the Archipelago Capital Authority (IKN).
Reported from the Presidential Decree which was uploaded on the official website State Secretariat, explained that the IKN Authority is filled by civil servants (ASN).
In this regulation, ASN employees consist of civil servants and civil servants government with an employment agreement.
Civil servants can switch status to become employees of the Archipelago Capital Authority.

Meanwhile, civil servants who receive assignments can return to their institutions each if they have not yet entered retirement.
