BMKG Early Warning Thursday, April 28, 2022: Alert for Potential Heavy Rain Accompanied By Winds in 23 Regions – Tribunnews.com

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Check out BMKGs early warnings regarding extreme weather today, Thursday (28/4/2022).
The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) estimates that Some areas will experience heavy rains of up to accompanied by strong winds and lightning.
Quoted from page web.meteo.bmkg.go.id, Wednesday (27/3/2022), there are Seedlings of Tropical Cyclone 98S were observed in the southern Indian Ocean West Java with a maximum wind speed of 30 knots and air pressure 1000mb minimum.
The system is moving in an east-southeast direction and has potential for growth become a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours is in the category low.
Cyclonic Circulation was observed in the Sulawesi Sea which formed the convergence that extends from the Sulu Sea to the Celebes Sea west, from the northern part of the Maluku Sea to the Sulawesi Sea.

 

CHILDREN OF KRAKATA UP TO STANDBY LEVEL
Also from the Makassar Strait to the northern part of Sulawesi, from the waters east of Southeast Sulawesi to Tomini Bay, and from Buru Island to the southern part of the Moluccas Sea.
These conditions can increase the potential for rain cloud growth, wind speed, and sea wave height around the area tropical cyclone seeds/cyclonic circulation and along low-lying areas the jet/convergence level.
