SERAMBINEWS.COM BANDA ACEH – Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri), Tito Karnavian has officially announced the appointment of Saiful Bahri (Pon Yaya) as Chairman of the DPRA for the remainder of the 2019-2024 term.
Minister of Home Affairs Decree signed on 26 April 2022 and a copy submitted by the Director General of Regional Autonomy (Dirjen Otda) Ministry of Home Affairs, Akmal Malik on 27 April 2022.
Currently, letter number 161.11/2964/OTDA has arrived at the Acting Chairpersons desk DPRA, Safaruddin SSos MSP in Banda Aceh for immediate follow-up.
In the letter, the Ministry of Home Affairs expects the Aceh Governor to implement taking the oath/promise against Saiful Bahri (Pon Yaya) as The chairman of the DPRA in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
Submit a report on the implementation of taking the oath/promise to Minister of Home Affairs Cq Director General of Regional Autonomy, thus the letter reads.
As is known, previously the Aceh Party DPA (PA) proposed the replacement of the Chairperson of the DPRA for the 2019-2024 period from Dahlan Jamaluddin to the Saiful Bahri aka Pon Yaya.
The proposal letter was delivered directly by PA Spokesperson, Nurzahri and received by the Deputy Chairperson of IIDPRA, Hendra Budian who held the memorandum the office of the Chairperson of the DPRA, Monday, March 14, 2022.(*)
