The findings were revealed in a study published in the journal Frontiers in Nutrition .
Launching Kompas.com, this study examines a province of LAquila in Abruzzo, ITALY which has a nonagenarian population (people aged between 90-99 years) and centenarian (people aged 100 years and over) above) is relatively high.
Based on a survey involving 68 nonagenarian and centenarian in the region, found most of the participants DINNER EARLY, around 7:13 PM.
After digging deeper, the study researchers also noted the group strictly restricted calorie intake.
The majority of participants maintained a low calorie intake for 17.5 hours from dinner time to lunch the next day.
