At least one attack hit a tire repair shop.
Kozytskyy said the toll could rise due to the evacuation still done.
The mayor of Lviv, Andrii Sadovyi, previously said that his region hit by five missiles.
An assault was also reported on Dnipro, leaving two people injured and destroying rail infrastructure.
