BOLASPORT.COM – PERSIB BANDUNG AS ONE OF THE SUBJECTS ACCESSED THE COURT STILL HAVE NOT TAKEN A Stance IN THE CASE OF HIS DEGRADATION PERSIPURA JAYAPURA.
The Indonesian football public was shocked by the lawsuit submitted by a number of individuals to the Central Jakarta District Court related to the Persipura relegation case.
As is known through the Central Jakarta District Court on 14 April 2022 there is a registered lawsuit with number 211/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt.Pst.
As of Monday (18/4/2022), the status of the case is in bailiff appointment stage.
Based on information from the official website of the Jakarta District Court Center, there are four plaintiffs, namely Emilianus Tikuk, Yan Piet Sada, Yulianus Dwaa, and Paul Finsen Mayor.
The lawsuits of the four people were directed at PSSI, Persib Bandung, David Da Silva (Persib striker), and Barito Putera.
The four subjects of the lawsuit are considered to have played a role in his degradation Persipura Jayapura to League 2.
The four names are not part of Persipuras management Jayapura.
