GRID.ID – Former Personal Assistant (Aspri) Hotman Paris, Iqlima Kim, visited the Ministry of Womens Empowerment and Child Protection on Thursday (12/5/2022).
Accompanied by his legal representative, Iqlima Kims side stated that three agendas of this visit.
First, to restore Iqlima Kims psychological condition is now in decline.
Second, take legal action against alleged sexual harassment that allegedly committed by Hotman Paris Hutapea.
And third, to ask for legal support and assistance from Ministry of PPPA regarding the alleged defamation committed by Hotman Paris in the form of several photos uploaded by Hotman Paris on Instagram which is private.
According to Razman Nasution as Iqlima Kims attorney, the photos is private because person-to-person (Iqlima ke .) Hotman).
Its private but posted on Instagram, said Razman when met in Central Jakarta on Thursday (12/5/2022).
Razman also revealed that there was a strong element to report Hotman Paris for defamation and violation of the ITE Law.
