Erick Thohir Elevates Rini Widyastuti to be PPA Commissioner
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.COM – Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir appointed Rini Widyastuti as Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Asset Management (Persero) or PPA.
Citing the PPAs official statement, Thursday (12/5/2022), the appointment was based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No SK-116/MBU/05/2022 dated 12 May 2022 concerning Appointment of Members Board of Commissioners Company Company PT Asset Management Company (Persero).
Meanwhile, Rini currently serves as Deputy Assistant for Legal Affairs SOE Ministry Corporation since June 9, 2020.
This position is based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE No SK-170/MBU/05/2020 concerning Dismissal and Appointment From and In the Primary High Leadership Position in the Ministry of the Agency State Owned Enterprises.
The woman who was born in Sleman, January 23, 1975, earned a bachelors degree in Law from the Islamic University of Indonesia in 1996 and completed his Master of Law at the University of Indonesia in 2007.
With the appointment of Rini, the composition of the PPAs Board of Commissioners becomes: as follows:
* President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner: Krisna Wijaya * Commissioner: Marwanto Harjowiryono * Commissioner: Rini Widyastuti
