KIEV, KOMPAS.TV – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky threatened to stop peace negotiations if Russia holds a referendum in the regions occupied. This was conveyed by Zelensky along with the Russia issue plans to hold an independence referendum in Kherson, south Ukraine.
