Russian Media, Moscow Begin Investigating Whereabouts of British Special Forces in Ukraine – TribunNews.com
TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Russia is investigating whether the saboteurs of the UKs Special Air Service (SAS) special forces have been deployed to western Ukraine.
Russias state investigative agency said on Saturday (23/4/2022), that it is investigating Russian media reports who alleged that the SAS had been dispatched to the Lviv region of Western Ukraine.
The Russian news agency, RIA Novosti, quoted a Russian security source who said: said that about 20 members of the SAS.
The SAS is an elite military force that is trained to perform special operations, surveillance and counterterrorism operations in the UK.
