JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV from the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) asked to assist the law enforcement process regarding the issuance permit case export (PE) of cooking oil at the Attorney Generals Office.
The instruction was delivered by the Minister of Trade (Mendag) Muhammad Lutfi, following the appointment of the Director General of Foreign Trade Ministry of Trade Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana as a suspect, Tuesday (19/4/2022).
I have instructed the ranks of the Ministry of Trade to assist the process ongoing law enforcement, due to corruption and abuse of authority causes state losses and impacts to the national economy as well as harming the community, said Lutfi as quoted from his written statement.
Lutfi emphasized that his party supports the legal process carried out AGO.
For information, the Attorney Generals Office has determined Indrasari and three other people another from the private sector as a suspect.
The three are high school senior managers of corporate affairs Permata Hijau, Parulian Tumanggor (PT) as Commissioner of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia and Togar Sitanggang (TS) as General Manager General Affairs of PT Musim Mas.
In addition, Lutfi also claims that he always emphasizes on staff to carry out licensing services in accordance with the provisions applicable and transparent.
Ministry of Trade supports ongoing legal process at the moment. The Ministry of Trade is also ready to always provide information needed in the law enforcement process, said Lutfi.
