3 Private Palm Companies Entangled Cooking Oil Export Cases
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.COM – The Attorney Generals Office (AGO) has appointed a Director General of Foreign Trade Ministry of Trade (Directorate General of PLN Ministry of Trade) with the initials IWW as a suspect in the oil embezzlement case fry.
In addition to IWW, the AGO has also named three other suspects, so that A total of four suspects have been named by the AGO in the oil case fry this.
There are four suspects. The first echelon I officials at Ministry of Commerce named IWW, Recruited General of Commerce Foreign Affairs Ministry of Trade, said Attorney General ST Burhanuddin at the AGO, South Jakarta, Tuesday (19/4/2022).
The AGO revealed that the other three suspects were the Commissioner of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia with initials MPT, Senior Manager Corporate The Permata Hijau Group (PHG) affair with the initials SMA, and the General Manager at PT Musim Mas with the initials PT as a suspect.

1. WILMAR VEGETABLE INDONESIA
PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia is an established company since 1989. Previously, this company was named Bukit Kapur Reksa (BKR).
Since its inception, the company has been engaged in the production of cooking oil. This company is based in Dumai, Riau to facilitate activities Wilmar Nabati in exporting production supported by facilities dock.
In fact, currently Wilmar Nabati is touted as a company with management of the worlds largest oil palm plantations, mainly located in Indonesia and Malaysia. Wilmar Nabati is part of Wilmar International Group which is synonymous with Konglongmerat Martua Sitorus.
So far, Wilmar Nabati manages oil palm plantations spread across Sumatra and Kalimantan. Wilmars downstream product is brand cooking oil Sania Royale and Fortune.
Wilmar Nabati Indonesia operates around 160 factories and employs about 67,000 employees who are in more than 20 country. However, its production focuses on Indonesia, Malaysia, China, India, and Europe.
