JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The project belonging to the son of the Second President of the Republic of Indonesia, Suharto, Hutomo Mandala Putra alias Tommy Suharto, managed to escape from bankruptcy.
It is known, Tommy won the majority vote on the postponement case debt payment obligations (PKPU) for his stalled projects namely Gayanti City whose value reaches Rp. 7.1 trillion.

As many as 81 percent agreed with the peace proposal and 19 percent who do not agree, said PT BPI attorney Victor Simanjuntak in official statement in Jakarta, Monday (18/4/2022).
Victor explained that the vote was related to the peace proposal that filed by Tommy, through PT Buana Pacific International against 75 consumers who have bought their apartment.
The proposal contains the commitment of PT BPI which will hand over the unit and keys within 36 months, commencing since the verdict was read.
AUCTION
The decision was made on Tuesday (12/4/2022) at the Court Commerce Jakarta. Before the determination on Thursday (31/3/2022).
The voting trial was held at the Commercial Court, which chaired by the Supervisory Panel of Judges Al Riskandar.
