TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – The appointed Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana as a suspect in the alleged freeification or bribery of granting permits export issuance (PE) of cooking oil also served as a Commissioner of PTPN III (Persero).
Indrasari was named a suspect by the Attorney Generals Office in the position of as Director General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trading.

 

COOKING OIL MAFIA CASE
In response to this, Deputy Minister of SOEs I Pahala Mansury said, The Ministry of SOEs will look at the existing regulations in addressing Indrasari problem.
If the existing rules are no longer possible to have the status of a suspect become a commissioner, yes of course we will take steps (dismissal), said Pahala in Jakarta, Tuesday (19/4/2022).
It is known that the Attorney Generals Office (AGO) has named four suspects in the case of alleged corruption of cooking oil which makes commodities is becoming rare in the country.

 

FOREIGN TRADE AND 3 OTHER SUSPECTS
The four suspects are the Director General of Foreign Trade Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) RI Indasari Wisnu Wardhana and Stanley MA as Senior Manager Corporate Affairs of PT Permata Hijau Groups.
Then, Togar Sitanggang General Manager of PT Musim Mas and Commissioner Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Parlindungan Tumanggor.
