Corruption Trial of Non-active HSU Regent Abdul Wahid, HSU Sekda Gave Testimony – Banjarmasinpost.co.id

BANJARMASINPOST.CO.ID, BANJARMASIN – The trial of the alleged crime case corruption crime of project fee bribery within the Hulu Sungai PUPR Service North (HSU) with the defendant the inactive HSU Regent, H Abdul Wahid again held at the Banjarmasin Corruption Court, Monday (18/4/2022).
Wearing an orange vest that reads KPK Prisoners and a black cap while escorted by the Mobile Brigade and Mobile Brigade personnel of the South Kalimantan Police, Abdul Wahid arrived with handcuffed to the Corruption Court.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Public Prosecutor Team present four witnesses in the evidentiary hearing led by the chairman Panel of Judges, Yusriansyah.
The first witness, H Ahmad Yusri as the former Acting Head of the Agency Personnel, Education and Training (BKPP) HSU.

Through testimony on the facts of the trial, it was revealed that the defendant allegedly not only received the flow of project fee funds but also from the deduction of the Official Travel Order (SPPD) allowance from a number of civil servants in the HSU District Government.
As Ahmad Yusris testimony, he admitted to handing over some the SPPD allowance to the HSU District Secretary at least since 2019.
If I dont have much, 30 percent (from SPPD) it might be Rp 300 thousand, said Ahmad Yusri.
