JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Indonesian Student Executive Board (BEM SI) will return to the streets to hold demonstrations on April 21 next 2022.
In the action next week, there are four demands that will be called for by the student alliance.
Regional Coordinator of BEM SI BSJB Muhammad Yusuf said that the demands their first is to ask the Ministry of Commerce to urgently solve the problem of scarcity of cooking oil.
Demand that the Minister of Trade, Pak Muhammad Lutfi, immediately complete the scarcity of cooking oil in the community because there is a cartel game and market mafia, said Yusuf quoted from Kompas.com , Friday (15/4/2022).
The second demand is to reject the increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM).
Third, rejecting the increase in the VAT rate, and the last one is refusing extension of the presidential term to three terms.
For the time being, based on the results of our study, the points are: demands, and we will continue to conduct studies in other sectors which will be held on the 18th, he said.
